


HARDWICK- Donald A. Brow III, 19, of 11 Broad St., Gilbertville section of Hardwick, died Sunday, May 18, at home. He leaves his parents, Donald A. Brow II and Deborah (Marques) Brow; two sisters, Jennifer L. Brow and Samantha Brow, both of Gilbertville; a brother, Peter J. Gilmore of Gilbertville; his paternal grandmother, Mary Brow of South Barre; and maternal grandmother, Edna Barnes of Worcester. He was born in Worcester. He graduated from Quabbin High School in 2002. Mr. Brow played football for Quabbin High School and Quabbin Youth Football. He was a member of the chorus and the "Singers," the barber shop Quartet and participated in many plays. He wrote music and poems and enjoyed drawing. He was a peer mediator at high school and managed and coached the Quabbin Championship basketball team. He created programs for abused children at school. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 21, in St. Thomas-A-Becket Church, Vernon Ave., South Barre. Burial will be in Glen Valley Cemetery, Barre. Calling hours are 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, in Pillsbury Funeral Home, 96 South Barre Road, Barre. In lieu of flower, memorial donations may be made to Donald Brow Heart to Heart Foundation, c/o Barre Savings Bank, 56 Common, Barre, MA 01005.
