In November 2004, the members of GamingEvolved chose James as the member they'd like to know more about in our member spotlight. Prior to James' spotlight, there had only been 3 others. The first one was given to Bonebrow (Don Brow), our first angel, and was not voted on by the members. The next two were given to Poseidon (the site owner), and Eyes Only (that's me, I'm Poseidon's wife). James was technically the first member voted into the spotlight by the other members. That says something about how loved and respected he truly was. One of 3 children, he has an older sister Alison(17) (known here as Glitterscar), and a younger sister Kelly(10). The family still resides in Long Island. As for pets, James has a guineapig, his sister Kelly has a cat, and a dog that belongs to the entire family. James tells us that since joining gaming evolved, things in his personal life have really improved. He's going to a great school, Holy Trinity, and he's really accomplished alot in the last few months. Becoming a part of the wrestling team and acheiving great grades since enrollment are just two of the things he's done since school began. James also told his most embarrassing moment happened in school when his drink exploded in his backpack and ruined all of his books in the middle of the hallway. And the funniest thing that ever happened to him was running into a friend from preschool after 10 years of not seeing him. James found Gaming Evolved through search engines. Since joining gaming evolved, things in his forum life have really changed a lot too. When he joined us, what we saw was a very enthusiastic "kid" who was more than willing to do anything we asked him do. His age was a factor in the beginning, but it didn't take him long to prove himself around here. Taking a position as GameMasterMod was the first step in his journey. I don't remember the order of the jobs he's taken at GE, but he's been GameMasterMod, Moderator, Supermod, Staff Writer, and Rumor Mill Editor. Most of the positions he stills holds today, making him posibly the busiest person on these forums. Other sites he likes to frequent are: http://www.gamegeneration.net http://www.buzzchamber.com http://www.vgmusic.com http://www.xbox.com When he does find himself with a few minutes that don't need to be dedicated to school, wrestling, his job at McDonalds, or his responsibilities here at GE; James likes to spend his free time riding his bike, walking the family dog, or playing videogames. Although his favorite videogame system is Microsoft Xbox, he lists his favorite game as The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. And he tells us the game that changed gaming for him was Super Mario 64. James also plays the cello and has taken Tae Kwan Do on and off. He's considering doing it summers only starting next summer. His goals for the future include learning to use photoshop graphics programs, and becoming a New York Times bestselling author.  Unfortunately, he just told us his political preference is Republican. But, since he's not old enough to vote, we've decided to not hold that against him.  j/kHow about a list of favorites...
